Big Step Forward Today
My 1-2-1 coaching session with Carole Darnell went very well. We were using the SCATT (electronic tracking system), my shooting was better than the last two weeks and the SCATT results were much improved over the previous session.
It showed that my grouping is improving, my target approach is consistently in the centre, my triggering is smother and follow through more consistently within the target.
Now I have to keep working on my breathing and posture, as well as doing the boring stuff of repeating my routine over and over at home without firing, to build muscle memory.
